On-Site Child Care Center
Located adjacent to the Store Support Center on the northeast corner of Walnut Hill Lane and MacArthur Boulevard, The Family Center at Zale was established 28 years ago. One of the first child-care facilities of its kind, The Family Center provides convenient on-site child care for Zale families and those in the community.
Accredited by the National Association for the Education of Young Children (NAEYC), The Family Center strongly advocates literacy and hands-on learning through a curriculum that centers on creating developmentally appropriate learning environments for children from ages six weeks to five years.
On-Site Café
The Zale Corporation on-site café serves hot breakfast and a new daily hot lunch menu. Choose from grilled menu items, a salad bar, a selection of sandwiches and paninis and plenty of healthy options. All delicious. All at great prices. The café includes a Starbucks as well. Catering services are also available.
Health & Wellness Program
Employees based at the corporate office have access to the Zale Fitness Center, which offers state-of-the-art equipment, group classes, special health events and ongoing health services. In addition, the corporate office hosts health-related educational sessions and sponsors employees who participate in select annual Dallas-based walk/run health fund-raisers.
To encourage all employees to maintain good health throughout the year, Zale has partnered with a national wellness and fitness service to provide field employees in the U.S. and in Candada with discounted memberships at select fitness centers.
On-Site Nail and Hair Salon
The in-house salon is the most convenient way to be groomed and pampered. In addition to appointments for haircuts and color, the salon offers nail services by appointment.
On-Site Registered Massage Therapist
You can de-stress with a relaxing chair massage, offered by appointment on Wednesdays from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.
Covered Parking
Free covered parking is available at the corporate office to all employees. Those individuals who have the longest service with the company receive reserved premium parking spaces.
Military Service Provisions
For those Zale Corporation employees serving in the National Guard or reserve units of the Armed Forces, the company will protect their job during their training, summer camps, special courses of instruction or active duty for a period of time.
Zale Corporation has also joined an impressive list of companies that have formally pledged support for our troops through the Employer Support of the Guard and Reserve (ESGR) organization. In March 2005, the corporation received Five Star recognition from ESGR for its pledge of support.
